Because these are sensitive research materials, opened or tampered products cannot be returned. We stand behind quality and will make it right on any verified issue.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report within 7 days of delivery with photos; we will replace or refund verified damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items.

Unopened items

Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days, less shipping. Contact support first for an RMA.

Non-returnable

Opened vials, tampered seals, and clearance items are non-returnable for safety and integrity reasons.
